Amélie Couvrat Desvergnes Amélie Couvrat Desvergnes is an independent conservator working on paper artworks, printed books and manuscripts. She received her M.A. in Conservation from the University Panthéon-Sorbonne-Paris in 2002. She has worked at the Museum of Islamic Art in Qatar, the Rijksmuseum and the Museum Volkenkunde in the Netherlands.  She is the co-author of History of Paper in Iran 1501-1925.
